Choosing a plan
Which plan should I choose?
Start with Free if five keywords cover your business. Starter supports up to 20 keywords. Pro supports up to 100 and matched-notice CSV export. Choose for the capacity you need, not a promise of winning work.
What is the difference between Free and a paid trial?
Free is the ongoing five-keyword plan. A paid-plan trial lasts seven days and is followed by the paid subscription under the checkout terms. Read the amount, currency and renewal terms before confirming.
Do I need Pro for more keywords?
If 20 keywords are enough and you do not need CSV export, review Starter first. Pro adds a higher keyword allowance and matched-notice CSV export.
Does paying make my company eligible to bid?
No. Registration, licence, location and other official requirements still apply. An unknown field needs checking on the official notice.
Are alerts guaranteed within an hour?
Sources are checked hourly. Collection, translation, service availability and email delivery affect when an alert arrives. Always check official deadlines.
Are notes, reminders and calendars included already?
New account tools are released in stages. Rely on the features marked available in your plan, not a development announcement.
Can a free AI do this for me?
It can help interpret a notice. Compare whether you need an ongoing matching service, source links and your working records together. If five keywords are enough, keep Free.
Does deleting my account cancel payment?
Do not assume so. Review cancellation instructions and your subscription status with the payment provider before deleting your account.

I propose that we evaluate Tender Radar for finding Malaysian government procurement notices. The current Starter plan is USD19 per month for up to 20 alert keywords. Free supports five keywords; we should stay on Free if that is sufficient. Tender Radar checks MyPROCUREMENT, Sarawak and Penang sources hourly and presents English and Chinese titles. It does not replace our qualification checks or tender submission process. Before approving a recurring purchase, we should confirm relevant notices, the final checkout amount, billing terms and cancellation method. Any trial is for evaluation and is not a successful tender or a guaranteed saving.
If we need more than 20 keywords or matched-notice CSV export, compare Pro: currently USD49 per month for up to 100 keywords and CSV export. Do not choose it solely for tools that have not launched. This note does not grant shared team access.
