Sebut harga or tender? Check the invitation first.
“Sebut harga” means a quotation invitation; “tender” means a tender invitation. Neither label alone tells you that your company qualifies or what documents are required.
Before spending time on a bid:
- Open the official invitation and record its reference.
- Identify goods, services or construction work; read its registration and scope requirements.
- Confirm the actual delivery/work location, not just the buyer's address.
- Read the submission method, closing date and time, mandatory briefing/site visit and any amendments.
- Use the document checklist below only to organise the requirements that this invitation actually requests.
MOF context: ePerolehan covers goods/services procurement and MOF registration. [A]
Construction context: check the required CIDB registration, category and grade; government-work eligibility may also require SPKK. Read CIDB's current conditions. [B]
Missing information means “check”, not “eligible”. Tender Radar is independent; the official invitation controls. This guide is general information, not an official procurement ruling.
